This lesson answers the age-old questions - can I eat that before I sing? What does the science really say about drinking coffee and more!

Illness

How does illness impact singing? How do I know when I should cancel a performance? For answers to these questions and more, join Dr. Jenevora Williams as she talks about the impact of illness and the singing voice.

Hormones

How do hormones impact the voice? What effects do menstrual cycles, pregnancy and menopause have on the function and structure of the larynx? Dr. Williams offers a thoughtful and research-based explaination on the impacts of hormonal changes in the voice.

Aging
