No payment information touches tonebase.co’s internal servers at any point in time.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also make reasonable efforts to protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. We take reasonable efforts to require that any third party provider we contract with stores personally identifiable information in a secure environment.
