Aleksey Igudesman is best known as a violinist, but he has also established himself as a composer, conductor, actor, producer, entrepreneur and filmmaker.

Aleksey Igudesman is an innovative violinist, composer, actor, director, and comedian, famous for bridging the gaps between the humorous and the intellectual.

He’s a virtuoso equally comfortable in classical styles and those from around the world, has published over 100 works with Universal Editions, collaborated with Hans Zimmer on Oscar-nominated soundtracks, tours the world with the comic duo Igudesman & Joo, directed and produced the feature-length mockumentary “Noseland,” and is a self-professed foodie. He studied with Boris Kuschnir in Vienna and plays on a Santo Seraphin violin from the year 1717.
