Hello everyone! I’m Hilayda from Turkey, and I’m making this video to thank the tonebase team because I truly appreciate everything they’ve done. I absolutely love the cello and am an enthusiastic player, but I have a very busy schedule as a dermatologist, children's book author, storyteller, and a doctoral student in medical educational sciences. Despite my hectic days, I always try to find time to play the cello—sometimes late at night or at unusual hours. Playing helps me relax, especially after a long or difficult day, and tonebase has made it so much easier to practice even in the most unexpected situations. The platform offers high-quality videos and practice sessions, allowing me to learn from musicians I deeply admire—people I would never have the chance to meet or take lessons from otherwise. I truly benefit from these lessons and want to thank the entire tonebase team for their incredible work. Even though I have regular lessons with my teacher, practicing alone is essential, and tonebase has helped me improve so much that I am now able to host cello lessons in my own city.
